How much is the delivery?
We offer two types of delivery:
Standard: by Colissimo : the delivery fees are 3.95€ within France, under 2 to 3 working days, from the shipment of your order.
Standard: by UPS : the delivery fees are 4.95€ within Europ (except France), under 2 to 5 working days, from the shipment of your order.
Express: by Chronopost : the delivery fees are 8.00€ within France, under 24 hours, from the shipment of your order.
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 11.30am and validated by our Customer Service are shipped the same day (only from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays, subject to validation of payment).
Orders placed after 11.30 am. will be processed the next working day.
How can I track my delivery?
You can track your parcel either by clicking on the tracking number mentionned in your order confirmation email sent by our Customer Service or through your personnal account by clicking on « Follow your order ».In both cases you will automatically be redirected to the website of La Poste or UPS which will indicate at what stage of delivery your package is.
Where does Piola deliver?
Items purchased on our website can be deliver within Metropolitan France except DOM/TOM and in Europe within the following contries : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Danmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Irland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
Deliveries in a P.O.Box won’t be accepted.
Should I be home to receive the parcel?
It is not necessary to be home for the delivery. Indeed, no signature is required and if you are not in, the delivery person will place the parcel in the letter box. In case of the latter is too large, a delivery note will indicate you at which the post office your parcel is.
How can I change information on my order or cancel it?
In order to offer a high quality service, we prepare all orders as soon as they are validated. Thus, we are able to deliver your order as soon as possible. As a result, once an order is validated by our Customer Service, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service by phone at +33 (0) 800 805 002.
What should I do if I have not received my order confirmation?
You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact Customer Service.
Which means of payment are accepted by Piola.fr?
Piola.fr offers you two different types of payment: by credit card or Paypal account.
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Carte Bleue.
Is my payment secure?
All the transactions made on the Piola.fr website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure setting.
Via the 3DSecure system, the security of payments made with Visa® and Mastercard® cards is reinforced with the "Verified by Visa®" and "MasterCard® SecureCode" payment methods.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange an item ordered via Piola.fr?
If your product does not suit you, Piola.fr offers a free return service.
To do so, log on to your customer account, where you will find a return form to fill in. Once it has been filled, you will receive a confirmation email including a Colissimo voucher to stick on the parcel.
Please note that you will need to specify the reason for the return : return for personal reasons: for example the size or the product is not suitable, or if it is a defective return: the destination address will be different depending on the case.
You have 14 days after the delivery date to make the return request on your personal account. You then have 14 days to return the pair. Beyond this period, your return request will not be validated by our after-sales service.
Do special return conditions apply to any products?
The returned product must not be worn and must be in its original packaging. Please note that the return label must be stick on the shipping carton and not to the shoe box. If this is not the case, our after-sales service reserves the right to refuse the return.
When will I receive my refund?
Your order will be refunded within 7 working days of receipt in our warehouse (except in the case of exceptional delays from your bank).
